Our company acted as a technical partner in the implementation and launch of Jet.UA - an IoT application that provides a hassle-free way for people to get around the city on electric scooters. 

Jet.UA product is the culmination of a successful collaboration based on shared experience between the Rexsoft team, which has over five years of technical experience in the scooter exchange industry, and Jet.UA, one of the leading Ukrainian scooter exchange service providers. The app has over 100K downloads in the Play Market and an exceptional average rating of 4.8/5 in the Play Market and AppStore.

Jet.UA allows customers to rent electric scooters for a desired duration, eliminating the need to purchase one. Whether it's for a daily commute or a fun outing, Jet.UA is the perfect solution. Currently, the app is available in 10 regions of Ukraine.

Thanks to our team's involvement, the company now has two applications that run smoothly on both iOS and Android operating systems. We meticulously managed the e-scooter app development process to create a highly responsive, user-friendly, and easy-to-navigate Jet.UA

The second reason is that this service saves money! You don’t have to pay for gas or insurance because all those things are covered by the electric scooters company itself! And if you want to save even more money - just rent one of their vehicles for less hours per day...

The Goal

Creating a user-friendly and intuitive IoT application requires a deep understanding of the end-user's needs and expectations. Our team put a lot of effort into researching the market and analyzing user behavior to ensure that we developed an app that is easy to navigate and understand.

To achieve this, we focused on creating a minimalist design that only included the essential features and functions. This approach ensured that the end-customer could quickly access the information they needed, without feeling overwhelmed or confused.

The administrative panel we created had a unique feature that allowed us to deploy separate sub-accounts for companies that used Jet.UA franchise. This feature helped us collaborate with our franchise partners and serve their clients more efficiently. 

Additionally, we integrated a CRM system into the administrative panel. This system helped us manage and track customer interactions, ensuring that we provided excellent customer service and resolved any issues promptly. The CRM system also allowed us to gather valuable feedback from our customers, which helped us improve our services and the IoT app.

Overall, the administrative panel we created was a valuable tool that helped us collaborate with franchise partners, manage customer interactions, and gather feedback. This feature allowed us to provide excellent customer service and improve the overall experience of using the Jet.UA IoT app.
