Ingredify AI – Vibe-Coded AI Meal Planner App

Ingredify AI is a vibe-coded mobile application designed to simplify everyday meal planning, cooking, and grocery organization with the help of artificial intelligence. The app helps users generate personalized menus, scan available food, manage pantry items, prepare shopping lists, and follow step-by-step cooking instructions in one connected mobile experience.

The project was created as a lightweight but complete vibe-coded product focused on solving a very common household problem: deciding what to cook, using what is already available, and reducing unnecessary food waste.

Instead of working as a basic recipe library, Ingredify AI combines AI-powered meal generation, fridge scanning, weekly planning, family profiles, nutrition tracking, cooking mode, pantry management, and shopping list automation.

THE BACKGROUND

Meal planning is often more complicated than it looks. Users need to think about available ingredients, dietary preferences, cooking time, portion sizes, shopping needs, and family members’ tastes. Without a structured system, this process can quickly become repetitive and time-consuming.

Many cooking apps focus only on recipes, while grocery apps usually manage shopping lists separately. Ingredify AI was designed to connect these workflows into one product experience.

The vibe-coded approach made it possible to quickly shape the app around real user scenarios: scanning a fridge, adding detected products to a pantry, generating meals from available ingredients, adjusting servings, and saving a weekly menu.

The Goal
